Im going to see how much weight I will lose if i eat 1 fruit per day ( and nothing else) for 30 days. I will also be going to the gym for 1hr. Every monday, Wednesday, and friday. I will update as I progress.
The last time i got weighed.. i was 139lbs (on a balance scale) and 134lbs (on a regular scale). I am going to place an estimate at 120lbs.. Thats where I think I will be by August 15, 2008. You are welcome to place ur estimates as well. This is not a safe experiment, I also will be taking multivitamin suppliments and drinking plenty of water. I will update every other day with my progress.

Stipulation: any junk food is a cancellation.
Which means, i must pull out every excuse in the book not to exceed the 1 fruit limit.. as well as I MUST go to the gym on the specified days..missing just one of those days is also a cancellation.
I will be honest, this is after all my own personal experiment, i woudnt intentionally try to decieve myself lol.
