    Pretty (X) check. Thin... (In Progress).

     I havnt really been sticking to my plan today.. so far.. i had. A bag of cheetos.. (small bag) sesame snap... Bourbon louisinana chicken with jambalya rice.. and brocolli. The only negative ..is the bag of cheetos. Im not eating anything else for the night. I am going to fast tommorow :) My ultimate goal weight is 107lbs.. I know for sure i can get there. It will make me pleased. I will be so thin and beautiful and graceful. I will be perfection.

  • Update: Day 2

    yesterday I did pretty well.. i had an apple .. but because i didnt drink enough water.. i aslo had 1 chicken nugget.. and later on had 2 fish fingers (my bf didnt want them anymore) and about 7-8 smilies (fries in a smile shape) so i am pretty proud of myself..but its going to be tougher then i previously imagined.. Anywhoo..on a positive not..seeing as its monday.. im going to the gym at 4pm today:)  I will also incorporate a salad in the evenining as a "dinner" component. I did that yesterday :)

    1st Challenge.

    Im going to see how much weight I will lose if i eat 1 fruit per day ( and nothing else) for 30 days. I will also be going to the gym for 1hr. Every monday, Wednesday, and friday. I will update as I progress.

    The last time i got weighed.. i was 139lbs (on a balance scale) and 134lbs (on a regular scale). I am going to place an estimate at 120lbs.. Thats where I think I will be by August 15, 2008. You are welcome to place ur estimates as well. This is not a safe experiment, I also will be taking multivitamin suppliments and drinking plenty of water. I will update every other day with my progress.

    Challenge Reward : Guess Wallet  Valued at $70.

    Stipulation: any junk food is a cancellation. 

    Which means, i must pull out every excuse in the book not to exceed the 1 fruit limit.. as well as I MUST go to the gym on the specified days..missing just one of those days is also a cancellation.

    I will be honest, this is after all my own personal experiment, i woudnt intentionally try to decieve myself lol.

    Wish me luck and as always of coarse, comments and encouragement are welcomed.
